8. Take off the hoof shell of the pig's foot, scrape the hair and dirt, wash it, and chop it into large pieces;

9. After the chickens and ducks are slaughtered, they are disembowelled from the back, scalded in a boiling water pot together with the pig's feet, and the blood is removed, and the big bones are cut into pieces;
