Studies have shown that vitamin C is the representative of the active substances in Rosa roxburghii. Every100g of Rosa roxburghii pulp is rich in vitamin C up to more than 2,300 mg, which is 500 times that of apples, 0.00 times that of lemons and 0.00 times that of kiwifruits. It is a veritable natural "king of vitamin C".
