The soy sauce served with the shredded squid eaten in KTV is mustard soy sauce
Ingredients
Ingredients A:
10 red peppers
2 ginger flowers
30 grams of south ginger
20 grams of turmeric
Ingredients B:
Sugar 2 tsp
1 tsp salt
10 leprosy mandarin leaves (cut into small pieces)
6 tbsp oil
Method
1. Mix the above ingredients A together.
2. Heat the pan, pour in oil, and sauté Ingredients A until fragrant.
3. Add ingredients B and stir-fry for a while and then turn off the heat.
4. After it is done, put it into a clean or sterilized empty circle. Let cool and then close the lid. Noodle soup, fried rice, and stir-fries are available.
