Ingredients: yeast/baking powder warm water fresh water? Flour? chopsticks? Clingfilm
Step 1: Put an appropriate amount of warm water in a bowl, sprinkle the yeast or baking powder onto the surface of the water, and then stir it with chopsticks so that the yeast or baking powder dissolves completely in the water.
Step 2: Pour flour into the bowl, then pour the dissolved yeast water into the flour
Step 3: If there is not enough water, try adding a certain amount of water in stages and keep stirring with chopsticks while pouring to make the flour flocculent.
Step 4: Stick a little flour on your hands and turn from the bottom to the top, kneading vigorously as you go. Knead for a little longer so that the dough is more resilient.
Step 5: Knead the dough into a smooth ball, cover it with a lid, or if you don't have a lid, cover it with plastic wrap, and set it aside to allow the flour to fully ferment. This process usually takes about three hours, or half that time if it's summer.
Step 6: After the dough has risen, sprinkle some dry flour on the board
Step 7: Place the dough on the board and continue to knead until the surface of the dough is smooth and elastic when pressed, and the dough is fully developed.
