How to make cloud fungus soaked in vinegar
1. Soak the dried fungus in clean water for more than 2 hours, rinse with water and drain.
2. Boil a pot of water. When it boils, pour the fungus in and cook for 30 seconds.
3. Remove and drain
4. Pour in the minced garlic, chopped green onion, oyster sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, rice wine, and chili oil and mix well. You can add two more spoons of balsamic vinegar.
