Dry pot fish roe practice:
Ingredients: fresh fish roe and bright red pepper.
Accessories: ginger, onion, garlic, chives, sugar, salt, yellow wine, soy sauce, vinegar and broth.
Exercise:
1. Wash and dry roe, mix well with appropriate amount of yellow wine and a little salt, and marinate for 5 minutes;
4. Slice ginger, shred onion, slice garlic, mince chives, and slice peppers by 2mm.
3. Turn the preserved roe square microwave oven to high fire for 3-5 minutes to make it slightly solidify and dry;
2. Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry ginger slices, shredded onion and garlic slices, add pepper and slightly better roe, add a little soy sauce and a little sugar, and soak roe in the stock;
5. Pour into a casserole or other pot container and simmer until the soup is collected;
6. Add the fragrant chopped green onion and take it out of the pot.
