Most of the nodules should be ignored, but if the nodules affect the organ function, it is necessary to intervene. Timely detection, control and regular observation are the correct attitudes towards nodules. Instead of scaring yourself and generating fear. Many diseases are like this. When psychological nodules are opened, the whole body will be "liberated".
so, how should I adjust if I have nodules in my body? Of course, it is necessary to regulate the internal organs, and to regulate the nodules, we must start with the liver, and all kinds of nodules must regulate the liver. The liver governs the drainage and hides the blood, prefers patency to depression, strengthens the muscles, enlightens the eyes, looks at the exterior and interior with the gallbladder, takes the blood as the body, uses the qi as the function, integrates the Yin and Yang qi and blood into one body, and becomes a unified body of Yin and Yang, which is the most sensitive to the imbalance of Yin and Yang. If yang is abundant and yin is weak, and liver fire is vigorous, it is prone to stagnation of liver qi, and at this time it is prone to nodular diseases.
The liver bears the main responsibility in removing blood stasis and resolving hard mass. Through moxibustion, qi and blood are activated, liver qi becomes comfortable, and phlegm (nodules) can be resolved. Therefore, nodular diseases, such as lymph nodes, thyroid nodules and breast nodules, are all led by the liver and treated by moxibustion.
Today, we take thyroid nodules as an example to introduce how to use moxibustion therapy for conditioning. TCM regulates thyroid gland by taking both the symptoms and the root causes into consideration, with the concept of promoting blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, softening and resolving hard mass, soothing the liver and regulating qi, and fundamentally regulating thyroid gland. The effect of moxibustion on removing blood stasis and resolving nodules is very good. If you don't understand it, you can imagine that moxibustion can regulate uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts, so it will have the same effect on other nodules. Treating thyroid nodules with moxibustion is mainly suitable for the following five points: Ashi, Tiantu, Renying, Quepen and Taichong. The following moxibustion brother will introduce you to the position and efficacy of each acupoint.
1. Ashi point
Ashi point refers to the pain point, here refers to the swollen thyroid nodule. Moxibustion in the affected area must be moxibustion, which is a palliative. Moxibustion in the focus area makes it soften and shrink. During moxibustion at Ashi point, we should pay attention to the changes of nodules, and it is normal to get slightly bigger in a short time. At this time, don't worry. Nodular moxibustion often has a process of softening and enlarging. As long as moxibustion continues, moxibustion will gradually shrink, and almost all tumors will have such a change when they are conditioned. If the nodule grows obviously in a short time, you need to go to the hospital to discharge the possibility of malignancy.
2. tiantu point
tiantu point is located in the neck of human body, on the current median line, between the two collarbones, and in the center of suprasternal fossa. Tiantu point belongs to Ren meridian. Moxibustion at this point can relieve and treat cough, asthma, aphonia, vomiting, hiccup and gall.
3. Renying point
Renying point is located in the neck, 1.5 inches beside the larynx, the front edge of sternocleidomastoid muscle, where the common carotid artery beats. Renying point belongs to the stomach meridian of Foot Yangming, and moxibustion at this point can relieve and treat sore throat, hemoptysis, wheezing, scrofula, carbuncle and hypertension.
4. Absence of basin point
Absence of basin point is located in the center of human supraclavicular fossa, 4 inches away from the anterior midline. The point lacking basin belongs to the stomach meridian of Foot Yangming, and moxibustion at this point can relieve and treat cough, asthma, sore throat, pain in the point lacking basin and scrofula.
5. Taichong point
Taichong point is located on the dorsal side of the foot, in the joint of metatarsal bones of the first and second toes. Move your fingers upward along the crevice between the big toe and the second toe until you can feel the artery reflecting your hand (in the depression between the first and second metatarsal joints). Taichong point belongs to Zujueyin Liver Meridian, and moxibustion at this point can relieve and treat diseases of digestive system, cardiovascular system, nervous system, ENT, genitourinary system and surgery.
Moxibustion should be performed at each of the above points once a day for about 1 minutes each time, with one day off every week. After seeing improvement, it can be reduced to 3 to 4 times a week, and each time is about 1 minutes. Usually pay attention to keep warm and do proper exercise. The moxibustion sequence of acupoints should be from top to bottom, from inside to outside. If you have time, you can finally moxibustion Yongquan point on your foot to avoid getting angry.
During moxibustion, you should not catch cold with the wind, and keep a calm mood. It is not suitable for moxibustion after a full meal and wine, sweating is not suitable for moxibustion, and the pores are dilated after moxibustion, so it is not suitable to take a bath within half an hour to avoid the cold. Moxibustion has always been gradual, whether it is health care or disease prevention, it needs to be adhered to. If there is no moxibustion condition, you can press the corresponding acupoints every day, which also has a certain effect. The broad essence of traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion needs our Chinese people to explore together!
