Seasoning:
Lemon, rice wine, salt, onion, ginger, pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce.
Exercise:
1. Take a three-yellow chicken (i.e. yellow feet, yellow skin and yellow mouth), kill the chicken, take out the internal organs, wash, drain the water, and coat it with a thin layer of peanut oil for later use;
2. Boil the water until it begins to bubble, and put the chicken in hot water, such as lemon slices, rice wine, salt, onion knots, ginger slices and pepper;
3. After the water is boiled, simmer for 5 minutes;
4. Turn off the fire, cover and soak slowly for about 15 minutes;
5. Take out the sesame oil chicken and freeze it, then cut it into pieces and put it in a plate;
6. Peanut oil heating;
7. Chop ginger, onion and garlic into fine powder and marinate with Meijia soy sauce;
8. Heat the peanut oil and dip it in.
