Steps
1. Prepare ingredients: slice mushrooms, slice carrots and set aside.
2. Slice cucumber and set aside.
3. Seaweed cleaned, to be used.
4. Sauté the mushrooms in boiling water, drain and set aside.
5. Heat a wok and add oil until it becomes hot.

7. Add the mushrooms first and sauté them.
8. Stir fry a few times.
9. Add the carrots and cucumber, stir-fry a little, add the salt, and add the monosodium glutamate (MSG) when you're ready to serve.
