What is that water?
Tianna water is n-amyl acetate, which is a colorless liquid. It is also called banana oil because of its banana flavor. It is a common solvent and diluent in spray painting industry, and its main components are aromatic substances such as benzene series.

Ethyl acetate, acetate, benzene, toluene, acetone, ethanol and butanol are made into a mixed solvent, which is called banana oil. Pure banana oil is a colorless, transparent and volatile liquid with a strong banana smell, slightly soluble in water, soluble in various organic solvents, flammable, and mainly used as a solvent and diluent for painting.

The preparation method comprises taking n-butyl acetate15%, ethyl acetate15%, n-butanol10 ~15%, ethanol10%, acetone 5 ~10% and benzene 20% by weight.

Precautions:

1, the proportion of various raw materials in banana water can be adjusted appropriately. In addition, the raw materials used can also be replaced, such as ethyl acetate, which can be replaced by heteroester; Sometimes different raw materials can be selected according to different uses of banana oil.

2. The addition of ketones can increase the brightness of paint film, and benzene should not exceed 40% in general.

3. When preparing banana oil, the water content of various raw materials should be reduced to a minimum.
