1. Ingredients: 3 potatoes, about 300g of squash (northern long squash) or zucchini (other squash used for stir-frying or diced peppers, small pieces of cauliflower, etc.), 1 tomato, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 clove of garlic, 1 block of cheese (about 60g), 1 handful of basil (about 50g), 2 tablespoons of whipping cream.
2. Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices, rinse the zucchini and tomatoes, cut into thin slices, and season with salt and black pepper. Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop them, grate the cheese, wash and drain the basil and mince it.
3. Place a layer of potato slices in a baking dish, top with a layer of zucchini and tomato slices, and sprinkle with chopped basil or other spices and minced garlic. Arrange the remaining potato slices neatly on top, sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with cream.
4. Finally, place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
