350g old tofu, 80g pork belly, scallion 1/2, fresh ginger 1 small pieces, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 dried peppers, 2g fennel 1g, 2 Chinese prickly ash, 2 star anise, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, a little pepper noodles and a little salt.
Method of stewing tofu in soup stock
1. Cut the old tofu into rectangular slices, pork belly slices (slightly smaller than tofu slices) and onion, ginger and garlic slices respectively.
2. put a little salad oil in the pot, heat it and stir-fry the pork belly.
3. Stir-fry onion, ginger and garlic.
4. Add dried peppers, prickly ash, aniseed and fennel, and stir fry over low heat.
5. Stir-fry until fragrant, and then add stock (stock can be boiled in water with pig bones until milky white).
6. Add soy sauce according to personal taste
7. Add a little pepper noodles and salt, mix well and boil over high heat.
8. Add the old tofu, gently turn over and simmer for 20 minutes.
