Sugar 100g
Whipped cream 250ml
Milk 250ml
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Fresh fruits 300g
How to make it:
1. Separate the yolks of the eggs from the whites. Add vanilla powder and sugar to the egg yolks, and whip with an egg whisk to form a uniformly frothy mayonnaise. 2: Boil milk and cream together, and take about 1/5 of the hot milk and inject it into the mayonnaise to make a thin sauce. Be careful to stir quickly while injecting to prevent the mayonnaise from curdling into flowers.
3. Pour the sauce back into the hot milk, stirring constantly while pouring, to make a uniform custard. Heat over a warm fire (do not boil), stirring constantly, until the custard thickens, remove from the fire and allow to cool.
4, the egg white with an egg whisk into a creamy, gently mixed into the custard, mix well into the ice cream syrup.
5. Take a 1.5 liter container, fill it with ice cream syrup, cover it with a lid and put it in the deep freezer (-12-18℃) for about 5 hours. Take out and stir every 1 hour to keep it from freezing into whole pieces.
6. About 20 minutes before serving, remove the ice cream and allow it to soften at room temperature. Wash, peel, and cut fresh fruit into wedges or cubes; spread on bottom of 6 plates. Take 3 ice cream balls from each plate with an ice cream scoop and place them on top. Garnish with a few fruit slices.
Note:
1. If whipped cream is not available, whipped cream and milk can be replaced by whipped thick milk.
2. Fresh fruits can be selected from the following fruits according to the seasonal availability: strawberry, kiwi fruit, apple, pear and so on. Attention should be paid to the color coordination when choosing to increase the aesthetics. If there is no suitable fresh fruit, you can also use chocolate sauce poured on the ice cream ball, it is a different flavor.
