How much menstrual flow is considered normal?

What is the normal amount of menstrual flow?

A menstrual period is 50-80ml. This range is healthy and normal. If the amount exceeds 80ml, it is too much, and if the amount is less than 50ml, it is too little.

Look at the wipes you have used. The amount that can completely soak a piece of daily wipes can be estimated to be 20ml.

Only the middle part of the towel is soaked (about 1/3 of the entire towel), which can be estimated to be 5-7ml.

Any menstrual volume exceeding 50ml cannot be considered a small amount. Don’t worry too much if it’s 20-50ml, it’s within the normal range, but if it’s less than 20ml, you should be careful!!!
