2. In a white pot (no oil), pour the bamboo worms from the second step into a non-stick pot. Don't fire, this is the key step for bamboo worms to fry everything straight and beautifully.
3. Turn on the minimum fire and stir-fry the bamboo worms with chopsticks while heating. This is a way of "boiling a frog in clear water", that is, the worm will not bend, but will slowly straighten out after being heated. During this heating process, the water in the insect body will also be dried.
4. When the worms are baked until they are dry and golden brown, add a little peanut oil to continue frying, not too much oil, as long as the worms can stick to oil. This is the most different place from fried bamboo worms.
5. Dip your hand in a little salt powder and sprinkle it evenly on the worm. Continue to stir fry, turn on a bigger fire, and stir fry the smell of insects out of the pot.
Step 6 serve.
