Method (1) Remove the leaves and roots from celery, blanch it in boiling water pot and cut it into 4 cm long slices.
(2) Take a small bowl and add soy sauce, salt, sugar, rice vinegar, monosodium glutamate, soup stock and water starch to make a sauce.
(3) Put the wok on the fire. When the clear oil is heated to 70%, add shredded pork and slice it into golden brown, pour out the drained oil, leave a proper amount of oil in the wok, add shredded pork and celery, then pour in the sauce, turn it over and put it on a big plate.
The special shredded pork is hard and crisp, and the taste is salty and sweet.
