There are two kinds of antipyretics for infants, one is acetaminophen and the other is ibuprofen. The former are mostly compound preparations, such as Xiao Kuaike and Hutong, which contain acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine and artificial bezoar, but there are also unilateral preparations, such as Tylenol of Johnson & Johnson. The latter is generally a unilateral preparation, but the brand is different.

In addition, antipyretics and antibiotics are two kinds of drugs. As far as I know, there is no compound preparation with both antipyretic and antibiotic at present. Because antipyretics are mostly compound cold medicines, mostly over-the-counter medicines, antibiotics must be prescription medicines.
