Brief introduction of Huang
"Huangxinwu" is a subspecies of Brassica in Cruciferae, with green outer leaves, yellowish to golden inner leaves, large walnut veins on the leaves and short white or light green petioles, good quality and cold tolerance. It is a famous specialty vegetable along the Huaihe River, which is rich in Huainan, also known as "Wuta cuisine" and has been cultivated in the Huaihe River basin for thousands of years.
Huangxinwu has green outer leaves, light yellow to golden yellow inner leaves, large walnut veins on the leaves, short white or light green petiole, good quality and cold tolerance. When mature, the heart leaves are tightly hugged or half-hugged, which makes the taste more delicious after frosting, with the characteristics of less crude fiber, good taste and easy to rot when frying.
