1. Pork mince, purple cabbage, lettuce leaves, garlic, salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, and flour.
2. Wash and chop the purple cabbage and mince the pork. Add flour, salt and minced garlic and stir clockwise evenly.
3. Use your hands to shape the meat filling into a round shape.
4. Wash the lettuce leaves.
5. Place it around the lion head and pour a little light soy sauce on the lettuce leaves.
6. Steam in a pot, bring to a boil over high heat and steam for about 15 minutes.
