Dry-fried prawns
1. Remove the intestines of prawns and clean them for later use;
2. Put the oil in the pan and saute the ginger and garlic;
3. Pour in prawns;
4. Add salt, soy sauce and stir-fry for a while;
5. Cover and simmer for a while;
