Seasoning vinegar soup 1500g Chili oil soup 1 sesame oil.
The method of Hu Hu la Tang
1. Put the pot on the fire and add water or broth 1500ml.
2. After the soup is boiled, add vegetables and oil bags, add your own powder, dried tofu, black fungus and cooked beef slices, and cook until the powder is transparent (note that the powder should be soaked in warm water in advance).
3. Mix the powder package with 300ml cold water into a paste, pour it into the pot and stir it quickly, and turn off the heat when the soup becomes thick.
Sprinkle sesame oil when eating, or add vinegar and Chili oil according to your own taste.
