Steamed pomfret?
The pomfret is cleaned by eviscerating, and a few knives are obliquely cut on both sides of the fish.
Put some ginger slices in the stomach of the fish. Put some cooking wine on the fish and sprinkle some salt. It tastes light, because it needs to be steamed with fish sauce after steaming.
After boiling, add the fish and steam for 10 to 15 minutes according to the size of the fish.
Cut the green onions into filaments, and then cut a little shredded red pepper for ornament. There are no green onions to put the shallots in.
After the fish is steamed, some water will be steamed out of the plate. Pour out the steamed water, or leave some.
Put shredded onion and pepper on the fish, and then pour in a proper amount of steamed fish sauce.
If you like spicy food, you can put dried peppers on the fish or a little coriander.
Heat some oil in the pot and pour it on the fish. Don't pour the oil in one place, try to pour all the onion shreds on it.
Shredded onions are especially delicious after being scalded in oil.
