Second, steamed eggs with tofu and shrimp
I like shrimp and tofu, so I put them together. They are very tender and delicious, and of course, the production process is extremely simple.
Ingredients: tender tofu 1 box of eggs 1 grain of clear water 100g of shrimp.
One chive, one steamed fish, one spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of salt and a little sesame oil.
Practice:
Cut the tender tofu into small pieces and beat the eggs for later use.
Rub the shrimps with a spoonful of salt, then rinse them and drain them for later use.
Put the tofu into a plate and pour out the oozing water. Add a little salt to the eggs and 100 water.
Sift the egg mixture twice, pour it on the tofu, wrap it with plastic wrap and steam it in the pot for about 15 minutes.
Mix sauce: steam fish black bean oil and sesame oil, add a spoonful of water and stir well for later use.
After the steamed eggs are steamed, remove the plastic wrap, put the salted shrimps on, and steam for another 2 minutes.
Sprinkle sauce and chopped green onion before serving.
Third, tofu with meat sauce
This tofu is made of Laoganma Douchi sauce and meat foam. When the hot meat sauce is poured on the tofu, the tofu becomes lively and fragrant in an instant, which may be the reason why the people can't stop eating tofu.
Ingredients: tender tofu, minced meat 100g Laoganma lobster sauce, a spoonful of chives.
Light soy sauce a spoonful of salt.
Practice:
Slice tender tofu and steam it in a pan for 8 minutes, or bite it in a microwave oven for 2-3 minutes.
Pour oil into the pot, stir-fry minced meat into soy sauce and stir-fry Laoganma evenly, and add a little salt.
Stir-fried meat sauce is poured on tofu and sprinkled with chopped green onion.
No matter how delicious the big meal in the restaurant outside is, I still feel comfortable and delicious when I eat it. Often look ordinary, eating is not amazing, but how to eat is not boring, because that is the "taste of home."
