The delicious method of stir-frying luffa is as follows:
Tools/Materials: luffa, red pepper, garlic, salt, chicken essence, water, pot, plate, spatula, spoon.
1. Wash and cut 500g of loofah and 50g of pepper and set aside.
2. Peel and chop 5g of garlic and set aside.
3. Add 3g olive oil to the pot and heat it up.
4. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
