The first materials to be prepared are: Chinese cabbage (370g), red pepper (5g), yellow pepper (5g), oil (5g), salt, onion (10g), garlic (8g), alkaline noodles (1 8 spoons) and oyster sauce (10g).
1, cut off the roots of Chinese cabbage. Soak in water for about 10 minute, then wash and drain.
