1.
Wash Pleurotus ostreatus and drain for later use. Large pieces can be torn in half. Pork belly and onions are ready.
2.
It is best to choose pork belly, cut it into fine particles, or chop it into minced meat. I want to cut it into small diced meat and marinate it with salt, raw flour and soy sauce for ten minutes.
3.
Boil the water in the pot, put the marinated diced meat into the pot, stir well, and simmer for about half an hour until the meat flavor floats out.
4.
Add Pleurotus ostreatus and stir well. At this point, turn to medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes.
5.
Adjust the taste, basically put some salt to smell good. Just add chopped green onion when cooking.
