Qingyuan Food Co., Ltd. was founded in 1985, formerly known as Qingyuan Food Factory in Yishui County, Shandong Province, and is a food enterprise supported by Qingdao Food Factory. From 65438 to 0998, the enterprise was restructured into Shandong Qingyuan Food Group Co., Ltd., in August 2002, the enterprise was restructured into a joint-stock system, and its name was changed to "Shandong Qingyuan Food Co., Ltd.", and in June 2003, its name was changed to "Qingyuan Food Co., Ltd.".

At the beginning of the factory, the company had only 79 employees, covering an area of 23 mu. The main production equipment is two small earthen stoves used to produce ordinary cakes. 1986 new beverage production line and candy production line, 1987 new caramel and fruit candy production line; 1989, with the support of Qingdao Food Factory, the calcium milk biscuit production line was introduced; 1990 new instant noodle production line. 1994 invested 60 million yuan to acquire land 160 mu, expand projects such as biscuits, instant noodles, candy, starch sugar, printing, cartons, and add dairy products and meat products. The output value in that year exceeded/kloc-0.026 million yuan, and the profit and tax/kloc-0.026 million yuan. Become the first enterprise in Yishui County with profits and taxes exceeding 10 million yuan.
