Operation ① Wash glutinous rice and coix seed rice respectively, put them in two bowls, add water to glutinous rice (150g) and coix seed rice (10g), steam them together and take them out. Wash the red dates, remove the core, cut them into cubes 1 cm square with orange cake, green plum, wax gourd strips and longan meat, and blanch them with boiling water respectively. Lotus seeds have also been boiled in boiling water.
(2) Put the lotus seeds into a bowl, put them into a butterfly shape, surround them with red dates, orange cakes, green plums, wax gourd strips and longan meat in layers, then put the steamed coix seed rice into the bowl and spread it flat, add cooked peanut oil, osmanthus sauce (3g) and white sugar (150g) to the glutinous rice, pour it on the coix seed, flatten it, steam it thoroughly, and take it out.
