500 grams of glutinous rice flour, 200 grams of minced pork, one tbsp of shrimp, 150 grams of romaine lettuce, one tbsp of pickled mustard leaves, and two tbsp of dried scallions.
Seasoning
Three cups hot stock, two cups cold water; one tbsp soy sauce, ? tsp refined salt, ? tsp ground pepper, one tsp sugar; ? tsp monosodium glutamate, ? tsp pepper.
How to Make
1. ①Add cold water to the glutinous rice flour and knead it into a dough. Take out 200g of it and put it into three cups of hot water, then put it on high heat for 2 minutes, then remove it from the water and put it into the original rolled out dough, then knead it vigorously so as to make it sticky, and then divide it into 40 portions.
②Shrimp soften and mince, mix with 1 tbsp dried green onion, minced meat and seasoning, and wrestle to form a meat mixture.
3) Wrap a piece of skin with ? tbsp of the meat mixture and knead into a savory dumpling.
④Take 10 dumplings (freeze the rest and cook when needed), put them into the hot soup, add lettuce, pickled mustard leaves, a tbsp of dried green onion, and seasonings, and cook on high for 6 minutes until the soup boils (for frozen dumplings, add an extra 1 minute to the cooking time).

2. Ingredients:
1 tsp each minced green onion, minced celery and crispy red onion
8 cups of stock *1 tbsp oil *Inner filling - 4 taels of minced pork, 1/8 tsp each white pepper powder and sesame oil, 1 tbsp finely chopped water chestnuts, 1/2 tsp each tai pai pai powder and salt
Outer crust - 1 cup glutinous rice flour, 1/5 cup of cold water
Flavoring ingredients:
*Salt 1/4 tsp *White pepper 1/8 tsp *Sesame oil 1 tsp
How to make it :
The ground meat is mixed with white pepper, salt, ? water chestnuts, tai bai powder, sesame oil and mix well to make the meat filling .
The outer skin is the same as sesame dumplings. The same way as the sesame dumplings, and wrapped in meat filling.
Heat the oil, add chopped green onion, salt, and stock and bring to a boil, then add the dumplings and cook until they float (about 2 minutes), then sprinkle with chopped celery, crispy red onion, white pepper, and a drizzle of sesame oil.
