4 salmon steaks, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons watermelon fillet, 1/8 teaspoons salt, 1/8 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper, 1 lemon, cut into 4 wedges.

1. Take a large and heavy frying pan and heat it for 3 minutes on medium heat.
2. Coat all salmon steaks with olive oil. Put it in a hot frying pan and fry for 3 minutes on high heat. Sprinkle with watermelon willow, salt and pepper. Turn the fish steak over and fry it for another 5 minutes, or until the fish turns brown and can be easily divided into several pieces with a fork.
3. Arrange 4 pieces of fish in 4 plates and decorate the edges with lemon wedges.
