put oil in the pan, heat it, add vegetables, stir-fry until half-cooked, add proper amount of salt, stir-fry, then scrape the vegetables aside, add noodles in the other half of the pan, add soy sauce and a little oil and mix well, then stir-fry the vegetables and noodles together, stir-fry with a spatula in one hand, shake the noodles with chopsticks in the other, stir thoroughly, add pepper, noodles and seasonings as well as possible, and simmer.
