The practice of crystal sesame cake
Prepare 1 bowl, divide water by 8, about 300ml.
Pour the water into the mixing basin, then slowly pour the water chestnut, stirring while pouring until it melts. Remember to stir the process often, because water chestnut likes to sink to the bottom.
Boil the water with the amount of 2 bowls of water in step 1, and add the cube sugar until it melts into sugar water.
Pour the sugar water into the water-stirred water chestnut (step 2), and then stir.
Then boil the water, put the steaming rack in place, put oil on the plate after steaming, take out the finished product, and then put the first layer on it to start steaming. This step is very important. Steam each layer for about 2-3 minutes until it is transparent, then pour the second layer on it and start steaming, and repeat the above actions. In this way, the crystal cake will have a layered feeling after steaming.
When the last layer is steamed, just sprinkle white sesame seeds on it, and then cut the cake when it is cool, so it will be easier to cut a lot. Don't eat in a hurry!
