French onion soup
Ingredients
20 grams of bacon, 30 grams of onions, 1 slice of French bread, 1 tablespoon of butter, 30 grams of ground beef, flour 1 tablespoon,
400 ml of stock, a little shredded cheese, a little parsley, 1/4 tsp salt, a little ground black pepper
Method
(1) Dice the bacon and set aside; shred the onion and set aside.
(2) Cut the French bread into cubes and bake it in an oven at 180℃ for 6 minutes. Take it out until crispy and set aside.
(3) Take a frying pan, add butter to the pan and sauté bacon and onions over low heat, then add ground beef and stir-fry until it changes color
? Add flour and stir-fry .
(4) Pour the stock into the ingredients of Step 3, bring to a boil over high heat and then add all the seasonings.
(5) When pouring into a bowl, add croutons, shredded cheese, and parsley.
