Types and classification of rock tea
Rock tea, also known as Wuyi rock tea, is a typical specialty of Wuyi Mountain in Fujian Province and one of the top ten famous teas in China. Among them, Dahongpao, Shuijinlong and Tieguanyin are three famous teas, which have natural rock fragrance, unique rock tea fragrance and rock stream water quality, and the taste is fragrant and rich.

According to the different production processes and varieties, rock tea can be divided into the following categories:

1. Dahongpao: reddish-brown, with rich aroma, sweet taste, rich floral fragrance, rich fruit fragrance and rock flavor.

2. Shuijinlong: golden yellow, clear soup color, rich milk and stone fruit flavor, smooth taste.

3. Tieguanyin: reddish brown, flat leaf shape, rich aroma, sweet taste and fresh and smooth taste.

4. Bird's nest rock tea: dark gold, with unique rock fragrance and fruit fragrance, and rich taste.

5. Narcissus rock tea: golden yellow, elegant aroma, soft taste and sweet aftertaste.

6. Cinnamon rock tea: reddish brown, with strong cinnamon and rock fragrance and rich taste.

7. Laomeiyan tea: golden or red in color, unique in aroma, sweet and sour in plums and fresh in taste.
