Practice:
1. Wash the mushrooms and dry them. You can put them in a ventilated and cool place, but be sure to dry them.
2. Take a small pot, put a proper amount of flour into it, then add a proper amount of starch and cumin powder, then beat in the eggs, add a small amount of salt and cooking oil, then add a proper amount of water, stir well (until there are no particles), and then put the dried mushrooms into it.
3. Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pan. After the oil is hot, wrap the mushrooms in a layer and fry them in the oil pan. When they are golden, take them out and then put them in and fry them again. After frying for the second time, drain the oil and serve.
