a spoonful of salt. Then add egg (one), flour and almond powder in turn, finally add a little salt, mix and stir into dough, and seal and refrigerate with plastic wrap for 3 minutes
2. Roll the dough into a circle, put it into a grinder (8-9 inches), punch a hole in the bottom with a fork, then press a heavy object to prevent swelling, and bake it in an oven at 18 degrees for 15 minutes
3. Heat on low heat, but don't boil, add chocolate, sugar, vanilla extract and a little salt, air dry and then add eggs (2 eggs)
4. Pour into the tart skin, bake in the oven at 16 degrees for 2 minutes
5. Cool and refrigerate for 2 hours, and pinch your favorite fruit.
Tip
There is another obvious difference when making pies and tarts, that is, pies are usually made without eggs.
