Meat stuffed with bean curd
Method:
Minced meat with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, half a bowl of water, and a pinch of pepper and salt, stirred well
Slice the oil bubbles in half and stuff the meat with them
Heat the oil and place the stuffed bean curd upside down in a pan and fry it on both sides until it turns golden
Pour in the sauce and simmer it over a low heat. 8 minutes or so over high heat to reduce the sauce
