2. Before turning on the power supply, check whether the power supply voltage used is consistent with the voltage used by this machine, whether the socket meets the safety standards, and have installed the leakage protection switch and connected the grounding wire. Make sure everything meets the requirements of electricity consumption.
3. Before starting the machine, break the ice cubes to a diameter of about 20 mm before putting them into the bucket, and it is advisable to protrude above the mouth of the bucket. Pay attention to turn on the power switch first, and then let the board press the handle of the material cover after the motor rotates with the power disc. At this time, the ice cubes are cut by tightening the blades on the rotary cutter disc. However, when operating the gland handle to press down, it is not allowed to use too much force to avoid the motor being stuck and damaged. And should pay attention to the remaining amount after the reduction of ice materials, and replenish new ice materials in time.
4. Chopped ice particles flow into the tray through the discharge port. Pay attention to the smooth discharge of the discharge port to prevent blockage, otherwise it will cause the cutter head to get stuck and burn out the motor. If the cutter head is found stuck, immediately lift the gland handle, turn off the switch, unplug the plug, and troubleshoot in time.
5. The thickness of ice particles can be achieved by adjusting the height of the knife mouth protruding from the cutter head. When adjusting, first remove the plastic plate protecting the switch device, loosen the screw fixing the elbow, pull out the barrel, then loosen the fastening screw of the cutter head, take down the cutter head, loosen the clamping screw of the cutter head, install it in place according to your requirements, and then put the cutter head back in place in turn.
