3 slices of lamb chops (about 150g each), 100g of broccoli, 100ml of red wine, 20g of fresh rosemary, 25g of butter. Marinade 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, a pinch of salt.
How to make
(1) Marinate the lamb chops in the marinade and set aside.
(2) Cut broccoli into small balls, boil in boiling water until bright green, cool, drain and set aside.
(3) Heat a wok over high heat, add a little butter and sear the surface of the lamb chops dry for about 1 minute on each side, then change to medium heat and add a searing lid for 1 minute or
(4) Infuse the red wine and rosemary and cook for a further half a minute, remove from the heat and mix with 20g of butter, then serve on a plate.
(5) Broccoli can be stir-fried for a while in a little raw oil or butter, season with salt and serve on a plate.
Tips
(1) Serve with rice, noodles and lemon powder.
(2) After frying the lamb chops, you can cut them into strips and serve them on a plate.
(3)Don't cook the lamb chops completely so that they are tender and flavorful.
