Historical Traceability of Tusi City Site in Yongshun, Hunan Province
Yongshun Tusi City, Hunan Province is the seat of China Gu Xi Peng Tusi and the political, economic, cultural and military center of Hunan Province. From 1995 to the present, Hunan Institute of Archaeology has conducted three archaeological excavations on the site of Laosicheng, and confirmed that Peng's hereditary secretariat of Xizhou (from Yuan Dynasty to Tusi) began in 9 10 and ended in the Qing Dynasty (from land to stream) in 1727, with 27 generations of hereditary secretariat or Tusi. Initially, it governed 20 states, including Hunan, Hubei, Sichuan, Guizhou, Chongqing and Yunnan.
