Reticulated melon

How are reticulations formed?

The skin of the melon stops reproducing while the flesh continues to fatten, and the fruit begins to develop "scar" cracks, which gradually form a fine mesh pattern. Varieties:Burger, White Lovers, Paris, Yubari, Honey Green, Honey Bunny and so on.

One, deep reticulation varieties:

No. 1 Arus: thick, yellow, green flesh. Delicate and no dregs.

NO.2 Bimay: reticulation uniform three-dimensional, creamy flavor, fine fiber.

II. Medium reticulation varieties:

NO.3 Andes: fine pattern, sufficient moisture, sweet flavor.

NO.4 Honey Red: orange flesh, long edible period.

Three, light reticulation varieties:

NO.5 Lu thick sweet: reticulation uniform fine, thicker skin. Crisp and sweet.

Light-skinned melon

NO.1 Golden Jade: Hainan (October-April), golden skin, white flesh, soft and juicy sugar up to 18 degrees.

Thin-skinned melons

Features:thin skin, most thin-skinned melons can be eaten with skin, such as Boyang melon, goat's horn honey; varieties:green treasure, Yanliang melon, Boyang 6, 9, tiger honeydew melon and so on.

NO.1 green treasure: May-July, Jiangsu, Shandong, Hebei, etc., green skin, green flesh, sweet like honey.

NO.2 Yanliang small seeds: January-June, Yanliang County, Shaanxi, cavity small thick flesh, juicy flesh sand.

NO.3 Boyang No.6: March-August, Shandong, Jiangsu, Henan, etc. Crisp flavor, sweet and juicy.

NO.4 Boyang No. 9: March-August, Shandong, the improved varieties of goat's horn honey sugar level is appropriate, crisp and fragrant.

Cantaloupe

Reticulated melon vs cantaloupe?

Usually speaking, netting melon more rounded spherical, more muskmelon called; cantaloupe is more olive-shaped, in Xinjiang Hami is the most famous, so it is called cantaloupe. Both belong to the melon.
