1 First, we clean the Hong Kong pepper, and then drain it at the base for later use, as shown in the following figure.
2. Put ginger, aniseed, pepper, cinnamon, fragrant leaves and green onions in an oil pan and fry them for later use.
3. Then take another pot and heat the soy sauce for later use, as shown below.
4. Then slice the ginger and peel the garlic for later use, as shown below.
5. Then we pierce a hole with chopsticks, which tastes better, as shown in the picture below.
6. Then add the fried oil, add garlic, ginger, sugar and soy sauce, and pour a little white wine and stir well.
7. Soak the Hong Kong pepper for a day, then pick out the ingredients such as fried oil and ginger, put them in a fresh-keeping box, keep them in the refrigerator, and soak them for a few days before eating.
