Ingredients
1 bowl of rice, 100 grams of chicken breast, 1 egg, 0.5 bowl of green beans, 0.5 carrots, 2 green onions, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 0.5 tbsp sugar, 0.5 tsp pepper, 0.5 tsp chicken broth extract
How to make it
1. Dice the carrots and slice the green onions into small pieces;
2. Put the rice into a large bowl, add the egg and 1/2 tsp of cooking wine and stir; (this is called "gold")
3. Dice the chicken breast, marinate it with another 1/2 tsp of cooking wine and 1/2 tsp of salt;
4. Pour oil into a wok, add the " gold" into the wok and stir-fry it. Gold" into the pan, stir fry to golden brown out of the pan;
5. Pour a small amount of oil, the diced chicken into the pan and stir fry quickly, add soaked green beans, carrots, green onions;
6. Add 1/2 tsp salt, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper in turn;
7. Finally, add the stir fry rice, chicken essence out of the pan on the plate
