Seasoning: Soy sauce 30g Sugar 75g Pepper 5g MSG 3g each
Home made pork preserved in the practice:
1.cut: remove the sinews of the pork, wash, cut into small pieces.
2. marinade: put into a pot, add soy sauce, sugar, eggs (beaten), pepper and monosodium glutamate, rub and mix well, marinate for 4 to 6 hours (repeated rubbing), to be pork to absorb enough liquid material and then fished out, drained.
3. Bake: Place the meat in a 65E electric oven and bake for 40 to 50 minutes (leave a small crack in the oven door to allow moisture to evaporate). If you don't have an electric oven, you can also put it into a pan. Bake slowly over moderate heat until dry.
