Indications: expelling wind and removing dampness, relaxing tendons and activating collaterals, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain. Used for limb contracture, numbness of hands and feet, and soreness of waist and legs.

Chemical composition: Angelica sinensis, Rehmannia glutinosa, Radix Angelicae Pubescentis, Eucommiae Cortex, Rhizoma Dioscoreae Septemlobae, Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, Achyranthis Radix, Notopterygii Rhizoma, Rhizoma Gastrodiae and Radix Scrophulariae.

pharmacological action

(1) Gastrodin belongs to central nervous system drugs.

(2) It can restore the imbalance between excitation and inhibition of cerebral cortex, and has the central inhibitory effect of sedation, sleep and analgesia. It can also increase cerebral blood flow and relieve cerebral vasospasm. Gastrodin has no effect on hematopoietic system, liver, renal function and blood lipid.

Matters needing attention

1. Avoid cold and greasy food.

This product should be taken after meals.

3. It is not advisable to take other traditional Chinese medicines for purging fire and nourishing at the same time during medication.

4. Heat arthralgia is not applicable, mainly manifested as joint swelling and pain, such as burning sensation, pain point fever, pain without a fixed place, dry mouth and dry lips.

5. Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, liver disease, diabetes and kidney disease should take it under the guidance of a doctor.
