2 soybeans are soaked in warm water for use.
Chop pig's trotters into pieces of uniform size, cut onions with oblique knives, slice ginger and mince chives.
4 Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add pig's trotters and bring to a boil.
5. Cook until raw, remove and control the water for later use.
6 Add 30g salad oil to the pot, heat it, add 10g onion and 10g ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, and add water.
7 Add 400g trotters.
8 Add 150g soybean and seasoning, bring to a boil, and stew for 40 minutes on medium heat.
When the trotters are crisp and rotten, they can be cooked.
