1. Galangal porridge
Ingredients: 15 grams of galangal powder, 100 grams of rice gram.

Note: This porridge should not be served cold.
2. Red dates stuffed with white pepper
Ingredients: 5 red dates, 10 white peppercorns.
Preparation: First wash and remove the cores of the red dates, and slightly crack the white pepper. Then put 2 white peppercorns into each pitted red date. When the rice is cooked, put it on the rice and steam it before eating.

3. Ginger Beef Rice
Ingredients: 75 grams of fresh beef, appropriate amount of ginger juice, 120 grams of rice, appropriate amount of sugar and wine.
Preparation: First wash the tender beef and chop it into minced meat, add ginger juice, wine, salt, sugar and oil to marinate it. Then, wash the rice and cook it. When the water is almost dry, add the marinated beef and bake it over a slow fire until it is thoroughly cooked.

4. Stewed Beef Mooncake with Cinnamon Amomum Semen
Ingredients: 3 grams of cinnamon, 6 grams of amomum villosum, 3 grams of tangerine peel, 250 grams of fresh beef mooncake, and 3 slices of ginger.
Preparation: First, scrape off the coarse skin of cinnamon, crush amomum villosum, and wash tangerine peel and ginger. Wash and cut the ox yuezhan into pieces, rinse with running water to remove the odor. Note: This stew is not suitable for people with stomachache caused by dampness and heat.
5. Pepper mutton soup
Ingredients: 150 grams of mutton, 10 grams of pepper, 6 grams of tangerine peel, and 15 grams of ginger.
Preparation: First wash and cut the mutton into pieces, then stir-fry until fragrant. Then wash the pepper, tangerine peel and ginger, put them into the pot together with the mutton, add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over low heat for 1 to 2 hours, season and eat.

Note: People with yin deficiency and heat should not drink this soup.
6. Old ginger tea
Ingredients: 6 grams of black tea, 10 grams of old ginger, appropriate amount of honey.
Preparation: Add black tea leaves and old ginger to water and make tea. When warm, add honey and drink.
Efficacy: Warming the body, dispersing cold, strengthening the stomach and digesting food. It is suitable for stomachache caused by cold evil.
Note: It is not suitable for people with damp-heat stomachache.
