Preparation materials: bell pepper, light soy sauce, rock sugar, garlic cloves.
1. First, we wash the fresh bell peppers, then take them out and drain them.
2. Then cut off the stems of the bell peppers and dry them in the sun so that the pickled peppers will not rot.
3. Then we prepare the garlic cloves and rock sugar, as shown in the picture below.
4. Then put the bell pepper, garlic cloves and rock sugar into a dry glass bottle, as shown in the picture below.
5. Finally, we pour the soy sauce in, seal and marinate for 15 days before eating.
