Braised Oxtail Fish Step by Step
Prepare the oxtail fish and clean the fish well.
Be prepared with other ingredients for the fish: one green pepper, 50 grams of red garlic, one piece of ginger, three cilantro, one small onion.
Ginger sliced, scallions cut into sections, green pepper cut into pieces, red onion peeled.
