Steps to Make Pizza Pie

Knead the ingredients for making the pizza pie into a dough according to the artisanal bread making process and knead it until it reaches the extended stage. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size. Squeeze the air out of the dough, divide it into 3 small portions, and let it rise at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into a round shape about 9 inches in size, thin in the center and thick around the circumference.

Place a baking sheet on a lightly floured surface. Brush the tinfoil with olive oil

Spread the pastry on the baking sheet, and use a fork to make small holes in the pastry to prevent it from puffing up during baking

Brush the pastry with olive oil, and leave to prove for 20 minutes at room temperature
